bookAspot provides a platform for users to create and join calendar events, store basic profile information (such as email addresses and phone numbers), and connect with other users. The Service is provided by DSS Digital Stack Solutions Ltd, located at Cyprus, Nicosia.

  • Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, functionality, and content of the Service, including logos, text, and graphics, are the property of bookAspot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bookAspot, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, any errors or interruptions in the Service, loss of data, or issues arising from event participation.
